Build Confidence
- We believe confidence is the foundation of success. Each year, we will help 100+ youth see themselves as leaders, innovators, athletes, and creators.
- Through mentorship, workshops, and community engagement, we cultivate a mindset of possibility and self-belief.
Expand Learning
- Every child deserves access to high-quality, real-world education.
- Each year, 20+ students will participate in programs focused on STEAM, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
- Our goal is to bridge the gap between underserved communities and hands-on learning that prepares youth for tomorrow’s challenges.
Open Career Doors
- Exposure changes what young people believe is possible.
- We will provide 10+ internships and mentorship opportunities annually in fields such as sports, entertainment, and entrepreneurship.
- By connecting youth with professionals who look like them, we spark career inspiration and provide networks that last a lifetime.
Strengthen Families
- Strong families build strong communities.
- Each year, we will equip 50 families with the financial knowledge and tools needed to create stability and build generational wealth.
- From budgeting to saving, we give families the foundation to break cycles of poverty and embrace long-term growth.
Create Belonging
- Joy, connection, and belonging are essential for young people to thrive.
- We sponsor camps, internships, and safe spaces where youth feel valued, celebrated, and supported.
- Our goal is for 90% of youth served to leave our programs feeling a deep sense of belonging and pride in who they are.
